In Universidad del Desarollo during my studies of art directing I took the videos, cinema and photo class.
Years later I took my experience in animation and translated into Macro photo shooting, an art that it´s becoming trending among millenials at instagram and toy collectors.
One of the most relevant artist in the field is Mark Hogancamp from the United States, creator of the city of Marwen (movie that years later was produced by Robert Zemeckis.
Been a fan of merchandise related to videogames, as a personal hobby I study the trends related to toys and the know how of the industry. I decided to create an instagram related to toy photography, target to male (and female) Millenials who are toy collectors.
Reasson why
Pop culture and toy figures touch hearts and peoples minds, related to their conscience of inocence when they where childen and they imagine endless worlds related to that toy or figure. Toys reminds us to simple times, when the only worried was to take a glass of coco milk and play with our imagination.
The intent of this account it´s to touch those adults ¨inner child´s ¨heart with a cute, brite and collored emotions, based with traditional stop motion enviroment background, all done with recicled materials, showing that creativity can come from a cardboard, just like when whe where children. Also to make a point about ecology.
I don´t recreate scenarios, I create a cute feeling related to the toy and their publicist brand, bringing a short moment of cuteness, to sweet a little the social media with inocence of the heart.
Thats why also, this pictures are not ¨brand marketing toy selling product¨ enviroment.
Every photo will be related to inocent worlds, bright colors, and no violence.
Since I started In may, my account grew from 300 people to 1500: This is my instagram
